Don’t want to work Boxing Day? You don’t have to.

Unfortunately, the NSW Government passed legislation allowing stores to open their doors on December 26th, which means that many workers will be robbed of the opportunity to spend Boxing Day with their family and friends.

You do have the right to refuse to work though. The legislation states that working on the day must be voluntary.
